Welcome to the Smart Farm ERP system! These terms and policies outline the rules and guidelines for farmers using our platform. By accessing or using the system, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Farmer Registration and Account Management

Farmers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Accounts will be associated with unique IDs, and access will be granted based on verified credentials.

2. Data Privacy and Security

We prioritize the privacy of your data. All information provided is securely stored and protected. We commit to not sharing any personal or farm data without your consent, unless required by law.

3. Carbon Tracking and Reporting

Farmers are responsible for entering accurate carbon tracking data. The system may offer tools to monitor soil carbon levels and generate reports for compliance with environmental certifications.

4. Drone Imaging and Usage

Drone imaging may be used for field analysis. By using the platform, farmers consent to the collection of aerial data. Farmers must ensure that drones are used responsibly, abiding by local regulations and safety standards.

5. Biochar Tracking

Farmers can track biochar production, usage, and impact on soil health. All data related to biochar applications must be accurately reported to help improve soil sustainability.

6. Compliance with Local Regulations

Farmers are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with local farming regulations, environmental standards, and any certification processes (e.g., carbon credits).

7. Intellectual Property

Any tools, technologies, or intellectual property provided within the ERP system are owned by the platform provider. Farmers are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools for farm management purposes only.

8. Liability and Risk

Farmers use the platform at their own risk. The ERP system is designed to assist with decision-making but does not guarantee outcomes. The platform provider is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the system.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

The platform provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a farmer's account if there is a breach of these terms. Account access may also be restricted for non-compliance with system rules or guidelines.

10. Modification of Terms

These terms and policies may be updated or modified from time to time. Farmers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
